Hull City Applied to Football Association for Name Change

The English soccer first division side Hull City has requested a name change formally at the FA's Football Federation.

London: The English football first division side Hull City in the FA's National Federation formally a name change requested. In the future, the Club from Kingston wants to hull under the name "hull Tigers" to participate, club owners Assem Allam (74) hoped for improved marketing opportunities through the step at the international level.

On Tuesday (3:12) Of the World Cup ball has now been introduced called " Brazuca ". The ball has been tested by top players such as Iker Casillas, Dani Alves, lionel Messi and Bastian Schweinsteiger.

The name "Brazuca" means something like "Brazilian way of life. He was voted by more than a million of Brazilian soccer fans. Colors and loop pattern of Brazuca - ball segments symbolize the so popular in Brazil traditional multicolored luck bracelets and reflect beyond "resist the exuberant play and zest for life that is connected to the football in the South American country," it said in a message FIFA.

As a special feature, is every child that was born on Vorstellungstag in Brazil, been given a ball.

At the launch of the ball in Rio de Janeiro, among others, the football stars Clarence Seedorf, Hernane and Cafu were present.

Football Highlights: The Rules of Football

The rules of football are formally remarked because the "Laws of the Football Game".  The Laws of the sport are represented terribly exactly (approximately 150 pages) on the FIFA website here.

There are 17 laws in total, every one briefly summarized below.

Ball in and Out of Play:  The ball is out of play once a goal has been scored or once the referee has stopped the game.  The ball is in play in the least alternative times.

Method of scoring:  The ball crosses the goal line inside the goal mouth.

Offside: it's an offense for a player to be in touch with the ball after they are closer to the opponents' goal than both the ball and the second-last opponent.   The offside  rule exists to confirm there are continually opponents (generally the goal keeper and a defender)  between a player receiving the ball and the goal. while not the offside  rule, play will become boring with continual long balls being kicked to a player stood next to the goalkeeper for a simple goal.

Fouls/Misconduct: These are several and varied, generally it's an offense to use excessive force while enjoying playing either deliberately or un deliberately or to handle the ball (unless you're a goal keeper).  The referee could show the yellow card to caution players for less serious offenses and the red card for a lot of serious offenses leading to the player being sent off. 2 yellow cards are like one red card.

Free Kicks: free kick given by the referee for fouls and misconduct. A place-kicking will either be direct or indirect.  A goal is scored directly from an on the spot place-kicking.  A goal will solely be scored from AN indirect free kick if it touches a minimum of one alternative player 1st.  The free kick should be taken from a stationary position thereupon position varied looking on whether the free kick was given within or outside the goal space and whether it's direct or indirect.  The opposing team should be a minimum of 9.15 m from the ball once the free kick is taken.

Penalty Kicks: are given against a team once they commit an offense which might usually be awarded a right away free kick within their goal space.  The ball is kicked from stationary from the penalty spot.  The opposing team should be outside of the penalty space and at least 9.15 m from the ball.

Throw-in:
